High efficiency detergent

For industrial use as well as commercial laundries use a high efficiency detergent. Apart from that this type of detergent is also available for household use. It is specifically created with a blend of components to be able to remove the most stubborn of stains without much effort.

Usually the high efficiency detergent would have increased content of abrasives, surfactants and caustics. In the case of industries, the high efficiency detergent has maximum use, because of the stains caused by oil and grease. These are considered as the most difficult to remove, and sometimes no amount of scrubbing can eradicate them completely.

In fact the local laundries where one can give clothes for the machine wash also use such detergents if you specify that there are stains and marks that are otherwise not removable with the detergents at home. The washerman then uses this type of detergent to cleanse the fabric. The only problem is that this detergent is so harsh that sometimes clothes then have to go through a separate softening process.

In the case of the household high efficiency detergent, it is formulated to carry extra surfactants and caustics, though it may not contain any abrasives or a negligible amount. Yet, it is milder than what is used in the industries, or even at the commercial laundry.

Usually when using the detergent produced to provide a high efficiency cleansing process, one is required to wear gloves. For industrial use, detergent producing companies generally prepare custom detergents, in accordance to the requirement.

There are some baby laundry detergents that have added fragrances or color. However, such attractive detergents should be avoided as they could cause an allergic reaction when the baby wears the clothes laundered in such detergents.
